Ndeye Sow is Head of Gender and Peacebuilding at International Alert. She has 25 years of experience in developing, implementing, managing and evaluat... ing programmes in the field of gender, conflict transformation and peacebuilding, and gender and development. Before joining Alert, Ndeye was the Executive Secretary of the Association of African Women for Research and Development (AAWORD) in Dakar, Senegal. She has an MA and DEA (Doctoral studies) in History from the University of Sorbonne in Paris.
