Shafiquil Muhshna is the Government Affairs Department Coordinator at the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She holds dual master's degrees in So... morecial Work and Public Administration, both earned at Florida State University. Throughout her career, she has actively engaged with numerous nonprofit organisations at various governmental levels. Her professional journey includes serving as a Case Manager with the Department of Children and Families, interning at the Florida Legislature, and occupying the role of Senior Policy Analyst at the Salvation Army. Her areas of expertise encompass advocacy, government relations, and policy development. CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
